William McCallister is president and senior examiner for the firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in criminology and criminal justice from Florida State University (1978) with specialized certification in law enforcement and security administration.

  • 1983 graduate of the Academy of Polygraph Science and Methodology, studying under Dr. William J. Yankee - creator, first director of the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DODPI). Master's Level Program
  • Professionally trained at an American Polygraph Association accredited school
  • Completed an American Polygraph Association approved internship in 1984.
  • Member of the ASTM International Committee on Psychophysiological Detection of Deception (Polygraph Standards of Practice)
  • Advanced training in forensic psychophysiology, polygraph technology, pre-employment security screening, criminal interviewing, and personality and behavioral profiling.
  • Over 25 years of professional experience, including appointments as a sheriff's patrol officer, field training officer, detective, and forensic polygraph examiner.
  • Held assignments in special investigations, organized crime and criminal intelligence, fugitive apprehension, and internal affairs.
  • Expertise in criminal cases and has lectured at and consulted with law enforcement agencies, colleges and professional organizations.
  • Since 1983, qualified on numerous occasions as Expert Witness in the field of polygraph science and methodology on behalf of State Attorney’s Office in State Courts.
  • Member of the American Society of Criminology
  • Former president of a private polygraph testing firm.
  • 1983 FDLE Certificate in Criminal Psychological Profiling.
  • 1983 Certified in Reid Technique of Interviewing & Interrogation.

  • Certified, as a personal protection specialist, through Nine Lives Associates, Inc.
  • Provides risk and threat assessment consulting services to corporate business travelers, private tour groups, and individual clients.
