Retainer Fee Policy

A retainer fee is required upfront to provide the client a specific time and place for the polygraph examination. Once the appointment has been scheduled the retainer is non-refundable. This is a firm and enforced policy and ensures professional services, as requested.  The amount of retainer is determined on a case-by-case basis. The retainer is applied towards the total examination cost. We recommend that you do not submit a retainer; unless, you are reasonably certain of your intent to follow through with the testing process.

Fees & Payments

• All payments are expected at the time of testing.
• Attorney and pre-trial criminal tests range from $500.00 to $1,200.00. This does not include court costs should testimony be required.
• Domestic tests are $500.00. These tests must be scheduled and a time slot reserved with a credit card. There will be a charge of $250.00 for any no show.
• Basic specific issue tests are $400.00.
• The fee for EPPA tests are adjusted based on the number of tests needed.
• State Parole and Probation fees are set by the State or attending therapist.
• Pre-Employment tests are $350.00.
• We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, and Money Orders.
